The researcher also reached a number of results and recommendations from the insurance system. And its compliance with the colloquial rules in that country, and one of the important results reached by the researcher is the commercial insurance contract that links its parties in addition to assessing the foreign character of the personality, the personality, the Iraqi environment by making the foreigner’s conclusion of the insurance contract mandatory and simultaneous with obtaining the entry visa. International commercial arbitration is the appropriate means alongside the national judiciary for settling disputes of relations of a special international nature.
